We have put every effort into matching the colours of both the garments and the prints to the product images on the website. The colours seen by you will depend a lot on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee your monitor’s accuracy. All the designs seen on this website are exclusive to King Patrick.

All transactions made on the website are subject to stock availability. King Patrick reserves the right to change stock levels at any point. If we cannot provide you with the items you have purchased, an exchange for goods of equivalent value or a full refund will be offered.

All our products are available for purchase via this website.
Prices are in AUD. Payments must be made in the same currency. King Patrick is not liable for any exchange rate charges your bank imposes on the transaction.
Your payment details are submitted through our secure purchasing system, PayPal.

Your account will be debited once we confirm that we have your order in stock. We will notify you once the goods have been shipped.
King Patrick is not liable for any charges on the goods when they enter the destination country.
King Patrick is fully committed to providing a secure online purchasing system.

King Patrick is currently a travelling company, so our product will not always be sent from the same place, and therefor delivery time and postal service used may vary. So please allow 10 -14 days of handling and delivery time. We will let you know as soon as we find out if there is any kind of hold up. If your package does not arrive within 21 days or if there is a fault, please contact us at contact@kingpatrick.com with your order number, date, name and contact address and we will provide alternative arrangements.
We will deliver goods to any country in the world with a postal operating service.

For our skateboards we provide a different delivery system. As we have them especially made for you, there will be 2-3 weeks delivery time, and they will be sent directly from the printer company to your address.

We are currently based in Australia and our current shipping rates are as follows:
Within Australia: 6 AUD
International : 13 AUD

We reserve the rights to change these rates as we move location without any notice.

Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or custom excise on your order and you are responsible for payments of these when the order enters your country.

King Patrick attempts to keep the content of this site up to date, however King Patrick does not warrant the accuracy or currency of the content.

King Patrick reserves the right to alter or modify any part of this site, and to discontinue either permanently or temporarily any product, without notice.

If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase experience at kingpatrick.com, we will provide you with an exchange or a full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition and that the goods reach us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an e-mail at contact@kingpatrick.com if you want to return something, and we will provide you with the sending details.

King Patrick will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit back to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a recorded and insured mail service.
